Strength Training

 

Looking for some training sessions? I can either bring equipment to your home, or you can travel to my set up in Redwood City. Each training session will last 60 minutes including a dynamic warmup.

  • You don’t need to have a fancy home gym, or really any home gym at all. All you would need is space to train.

    • This can be in your garage, backyard, or living room. My minimum is to at least be able to fit and move freely around an exercise mat the size of a sleeping bag.

  • If your location doesn’t work for you, or need some fresh air, we can meet at a local park for your workouts (pending weather, I’m not a fan of rainstorms).

  • Small group pricing can be discussed in a consult. If you are looking for shorter workouts, the same pricing will be applied to travel.

  • Every training goal is important. Need to relieve pain and work on corrective exercises for an hour a week? Let’s do it. Looking to improve your endurance and need more guidance? Yep, also great.

Client subscriptions will include access to Bridge Athletic software. Your personalized program will be visible here. No more excel sheets, no more guessing what you lifted last week.

If you are looking to make changes in your eating behavior, lose or gain weight, fuel to perform better, or just learn more on making more health conscious decisions, you have come to the right place.

I don’t follow fad diets or try to reinvent the wheel when it comes to nutrition. I believe in mastering the basics of eating habits, making enough minimal changes while still making progress, and enjoying the journey of helping clients get more in touch with their own feelings about food.

Nutrition coaching can be done over the phone or in a virtual meeting.
